A 5-Year-Old was hit by a car in Atlantic City and airlifted to the hospital on October 4th.
Atlantic City Police noted that the child was struck at the 2600 block of Fairmount Avenue. The child endured harsh injuries, although they are not life-threatening, as documented by the police.
The child was airlifted to Cooper University Hospital. The driver was not injured in the crash and was not transported to the hospital.
While charges have not been currently filed against the driver, the investigation is still ongoing. The Atlantic City Prosecutor’s Office is working to investigate the scene.
Details regarding the child’s condition are also unknown at the moment.
