Monmouth scored eight of the final 11 points and Xander Rice drained a three with 1:43 remaining to give the Hawks the lead against Drexel as Monmouth topped the CAA-leading Dragons, 67-62, on Feb 1, 2025.
Rice led the Monmouth offense with 22 points while Jakari Spence chipped in 12. Nikita Konstantynovskyi led the Hawks on the glass with nine rebounds against Drexel.
With the win over Drexel, Monmouth now has wins over the top two teams in the CAA this season.
