IMAGES: Point Pleasant Boro Girls Basketball Tops Gov. Livingston in Central Jersey, Group 2 First Round

Vanessa Haas had 21 points and nine rebounds to help lead Point Pleasant Boro past Governor Livingston, 50-42, in the first round of the 2025 NJSIAA Central Jersey, Group 2 playoffs.  Sarah Dahl and Emily Marinelli also scored in double figures with 12 points apiece.  Gabrielle Mellet led the Panthers on the glass, grabbing 16 rebounds.

Mia Firdman and Emily Schmidt led the Highlanders with 20 and 14 points, respectively.
