Media First Group Earns Two New York Emmy Nominations
NUTLEY, NJ (July 26, 2024) — Media First Group, host of On New Jersey, the premier live streaming television channel dedicated exclusively to New Jersey, proudly announces its nomination for two New York Emmy Awards in the Community Service category.
The nominations for the 67th Annual New York Emmy Awards were announced on Friday, July 26th, and Media First Group received two prestigious nods.
“Your New Jersey,” hosted by the award-winning Lisa Marie Falbo, is a weekly segment celebrating individuals, places, and organizations making a positive impact in the Garden State. The nominated episode of “Your New Jersey in the Community” highlighted multiple impactful organizations and events in New Jersey. One of them being Trinitas Regional Medical Center RWJBarnabas Health for their Peace of Mind Event, which promoted ending the stigma against mental health challenges and provided access to vital resources. The episode also featured the Tom Coughlin Jay Fund Champions for Children Gala, which provided support for children battling cancer and inspired community support and fundraising.
Additionally, the episode spotlighted Halos for Angels, Inc.’s Love is in the Air Gala, an event providing transformative aid to families facing tragedy. The event proved the strong presence of community and charity in New Jersey. “Let’s Talk Women’s Health and Wellness”, also included in the episode, is an organization that fosters essential conversations about women’s health issues and empowers women to prioritize their well-being. It is an honor to recognize and be a part of these impactful organizations, and it is with great pride that the episode has been recognized by the Emmys.
On New Jersey’s second nomination was earned by “Your New Jersey: Inside the New Jersey Hall of Fame.” In this episode, Lisa Marie explored the new New Jersey Hall of Fame Entertainment and Learning Center, joined by President Steve Edwards. They got an exclusive look into the renovations and construction, in addition to the New Jersey Hall of Fame’s Induction Ceremony. The exhibit celebrates New Jersey pride, honors local achievements, and focuses on creating a sense of pride among New Jersey residents.
The New York Emmy Awards will take place on October 26th in New York City.
