Middle School Bus Crash Injures Four

A middle school bus crash in Monroe Township injured four students on Thursday, December 19.

The bus left Monroe Township Middle School and began driving on North State Home Road after school before crashing into a tree located on the left side of the vehicle, as reported by the Monroe Township Police Department.

As a result of the crash, four injuries were reported. One student broke their leg, while three others endured injuries. The students were transported to a local hospital for care.

Some students on the bus voiced complaints as they were examined by medical professionals before being sent to their parents. The vehicle crash is currently under investigation. Witnesses with information should report news to the department’s traffic safety bureau at 732-521-0222 Ext. 126.
