A vehicle crash on I-295 in West Deptford resulted in three people being injured.
On Wednesday morning, around 7:30 AM, a Ford pickup truck, which had a trailer attached to it, trailed off the northbound side of I-295, crashing into a tree. The truck soon caught on fire.
The driver and two passengers were injured in the crash, and authorities noted that they were transported to a nearby hospital. The three individuals sustained non-life threatening injuries.
After the crash, a portion of the northbound side of I-295 was closed, resulting in traffic. The highway was cleared for all road traffic at 9:30 AM.
Officials and State Police are continuing to investigate the crash.
