Breathe Easier During Allergy Season

Spring is in full bloom, bringing with it warmer weather, beautiful flowers–and for many, the misery of seasonal allergies. If you’re sneezing, wheezing, or rubbing itchy eyes, you’re not alone. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention reports that about one in four adults and nearly one in five children suffer from seasonal allergies. But how can you breathe easier this season? We’re joined by Dr. Catherine Monteleone, a professor and director of allergy and immunology at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School.
