A Monmouth County man has been sentenced to over four years in prison for the killing of his roommate’s pet cat last year. Authorities say the 29-year-old decapitated the cat, recorded it, and forced his disabled roommate to watch.

In a stunning announcement, Governor Phil Murphy says New Jersey’s MetLife Stadium will host the 2026 FIFA World Cup final. Millions of fans from around the world will visit the Garden State during the event.
