News Update: Prison Sentence Postponed

A federal judge has granted a New Jersey farmer’s request to push back his prison term for his role in the Jan. 6 riots until October. Lawyers made the request so their client could work the harvest season on his Gloucester County farm.

Bayonne wants to get a handle on short-term rentals. The smallest and most densely populated county in New Jersey is continuing with its push to establish its first-ever law to regulate short-term rentals. The goal is to prevent residential properties from becoming hotels.
