Authorities say three New Jersey men and a Florida man have been accused of participating in a stolen car ring. The U.S. Attorney’s Office alleges the men conspired to steal vehicles, get fraudulent titles for them, and altered the VIN numbers to conceal that they were stolen.
New Jersey lawmakers are considering a bipartisan bill that would waive tuition fees for apprenticeship courses in the state. According to federal data, there are more than 9-thousand active apprentices in the state.
