A Trenton man was charged with being in possession of child pornography, for the second time. 76-year-old Upton Fink allegedly uploaded the images online. He was arrested and taken to the Mercer County Correction Center.

An Elizabeth man was sentenced to seven years in prison, for trying to murder an 18-year-old woman last year. 23-year-old Nelson Lata-Sanchez pleaded guilty in January. He has to serve 85 percent of his term before becoming eligible for parole.

Members of the Manchester Township Police Department came together to honor the memory of Corporal Scott Thompson, who died in the line of duty ten years ago. They performed a workout to commemorate his service and valor.

The Saint Joseph’s Carpenter Society Workforce Development Center in Camden is now open. The new center, located on Federal Street, teaches classes on how to do projects around the house, like carpentry and plumbing.
