A grand jury has indicted a 34-year-old Florida man, on charges that he brought a suitcase full of guns on an Amtrak train in New Jersey. One of the weapons fired as they were being unloaded by police.
Pope Hall at Saint Peter’s University is undergoing renovation, to enhance the school’s nursing and health sciences programs with state-of-the-art facilities. It will include updated classrooms and a virtual reality simulation lab, and will be open next spring.
