Three women were awarded a total of $14 million after they were sexually abused by 73-year-old Carl Renner, a former Bergen County doctor. The victims also say the practice Renner worked for failed to investigate. His medical license was taken away in 2021. Police are investigating, after Sewell man was fatally struck by a car in Gloucester City. 60-year-old Douglas Cella got hit while he was walking on the entrance ramp to Interstate 76 from Route 130 South. The Township Committee recognized Middletown High School North’s boys and girls basketball, for winning the Shore B Coastal Division Championship.
