As part of an ongoing feud, residents of the Ocean Club Condos in Atlantic City have filed a lawsuit against the Cocorico beach bar over an upcoming music festival. The suit alleges that the bar’s after parties run too late, violating a settlement agreement that was already in place.

A police officer and good Samaritan were able to pull a driver from a from a burning SUV in South Brunswick. The 50-year-old had just gotten into a two-car crash on Route 1. Both drivers were taken to the hospital for treatment.

Rutgers president Jonathan Holloway has been named the president and CEO of the Henry Luce Foundation. He starts the new role on October 1st, and becomes the 7th person to hold the position, in the organization’s 89-year history.

Officials in Freehold were at the Wedgewood Gardens care center for Connie Stefanelli’s 104th birthday celebration. The township committee even designated the day as Connie Stefanelli Day.
