A dog groomer was indicted on animal cruelty and drug charges, after a dog died during an appointment this past summer. Following a search, it was discovered that 40-year-old Trevor Hunt, who owns K-9 Kingdom in Woodbury Heights, had small bags of heroin at his business.

A man involved in a crash earlier this month has died from his injuries. 74-year-old Timothy Weatherby, of Hammonton, was traveling on Tuckahoe Road in Franklin Township, when his car veered off the other side of the road and crashed into a wooded area.

The Port Authority of New York & New Jersey is moving forward with plans to replace Terminal B at Newark Airport. The board recently approved $55 million dollars to be put towards the project.

The Warren County Board of County Commissioners held a double ribbon-cutting for the same building. On one side, they celebrated the new offices of the Social Services Agency; on the other was a celebration for the county’s Rutgers Cooperative Extension office.
