Three people have been charged with murder in the death of Detective Monica Mosley. Mosley, who worked for the Cumberland County Prosecutor’s Office, was fatally shot during a home invasion back on October 15th.

A mother of five from Bridgeton was fatally shot outside of a convenience store in Millville. 41-year-old Bonnie Hitchens was pronounced dead at the hospital. The suspects, a man and a woman, have been charged with murder.

Safety enhancements have just been completed at the Oak Tree Road and Warwick Road intersection in Edison. The project, which was marked by a ribbon-cutting ceremony, includes a modernized traffic signal, new curb ramps and improved sidewalks.

Monmouth University recently unveiled Nagy Common, a new outdoor space at the Rebecca Stafford Student Center. The area was named in honor of Mary Anne Nagy, the former vice president of Student Life and Leadership Engagement.
