A fiery, three-car crash on the Garden State Parkway has left one driver dead and another seriously injured. The accident happened in Tinton Falls, near mile marker 102. The third driver suffered minor injuries.

Police are investigating, after a woman was killed in a crash in Little Egg Harbor Township. 46-year-old Christen Brown, of Eastampton, was driving on Route 539 near Forge Road, when she veered off the road and struck a tree.

The Roxbury Township Police Department said farewell to Lieutenant Adam DelGuercio {del-GERSH-io}, who retired after 25 years of service. In 2021, Delguercio created the Narcotics Division within the Detective Bureau. He was promoted to lieutenant in 2023.

World-renowned comic book artist and Princeton graduate Jim Lee visited campus, to lead an illustration workshop for undergraduate students. Lee earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology in 1986 before going on to work for Marvel and DC Entertainment.
