Police are investigating, after a pedestrian was struck and killed in Hamilton Township. The 65-year-old woman was hit on Nottingham Way, near Klockner Road. She was pronounced dead at Capital Health Regional Medical Center.

The USS New Jersey recently made its way to Monmouth County. Several crowds gathered at Bayshore Waterfront Park to witness the arrival. The submarine will be commissioned at Naval Weapons Station Earle this Saturday.

East Point Lighthouse, the state’s second-oldest lighthouse, was forced to close after a lease agreement between the Maurice River Historical Society and the state Department of Environmental Protection expired.

Governor Murphy met with Premier Doug Ford, to launch a new partnership between New Jersey and Ontario. The agreement will allow them to collaborate on several projects and help create new opportunities for workers on both sides of the border.
