Four Philadelphia men were arrested in connection to a theft ring that broke into several trucks along the New Jersey Turnpike. The group allegedly stole millions in meat, alcohol and seafood. They face charges of theft and criminal mischief.

A Toms River woman was sentenced to ten years in prison for killing her roommate in 2020. 60-year-old Mary Carbone pleaded guilty to manslaughter back in July. She has to serve eight and a half years to become eligible for parole.

After a decade of planning and 19 months of construction, the Fanwood Memorial Library celebrated its grand opening with a ribbon-cutting ceremony. The new building has a community room, art gallery and computer center.

Morris County officials presented a Certificate of Honor to Riamede {RIA-meed} Farm owner Ashley O’Keefe. The farm, known for apple-picking, recently celebrated the 50th Anniversary of its public orchards.

An official mural reveal was held at Memorial Skate Park in East Orange. The celebration included the unveiling of new, colorful artwork on the skate ramps. The project was a collaboration between students and local government.
