A man was pinned under a tree that was cut down in Gloucester Township. Part of Blackwood Clementon Road had to be shut down for an hour and a half, as first responders helped him. He was taken to Cooper University Hospital for treatment.

A four-year-old boy was found unresponsive in a swimming pool in South Seaside Park. Life-saving measures were performed by first responders at the scene. He was taken to Jersey Shore University Medical Center and listed in stable condition.

The Two Mile Bridge had to temporarily shut down – again – after a fishing boat became trapped against it. The boat lost power, and Sea Tow Cape May had to pull it to safety. No one on board was injured.

The Ramapo College Investigative Genetic Genealogy Center recently helped solve an active investigation. Staff and students were able to identify a man, whose remains were found in a creek near St. Louis in 2021.
