A Willingboro man has been charged in the stabbing death of his younger brother. The incident took place at a family residence, following an argument. The suspect was taken to the Burlington County Jail.

A reverend at a church in New Brunswick has been accused of sexually abusing a minor. The 61-year-old was arrested at his home in Somerset, after the victim came forward. He’s charged with sexual assault and endangering the welfare of a child.

The ANSWER Water Rescue Team freed a boat that was stuck against a jetty in the Shark River Inlet in Avon {AV-on, not AY-von}. The three people on board were safely evacuated. The boat was towed to a nearby marina.

Several Morris County officials got together to celebrate the retirement of Deborah Scott, who worked with the Morris County Surrogate’s Office for 30 years. Scott was honored with a luncheon while being recognized for her three decades of public service.
