St. Patrick’s Day at the Shannon Rose Irish Pub in Ramsey

The Shannon Rose Irish Pub in Ramsey is expecting to serve up a staggering 2,000 pounds of corned beef and pour more than 6,400 pints of Guinness from 60 kegs. We’re joined now by Sal La Verdi, General Manager of The Shannon Rose, to give us a taste of how they’re preparing for this Irish holiday extravaganza.
